That's where you come in: we're hiring a Senior Growth Analytics Manager to own all of Blaze's analytics and our data pipeline. This person will be responsible for unlocking insights and building a confident backbone for reliable, data-driven decision making.

About the role

We're looking for an ambitious, high-bandwidth Analytics Manager to work closely with our leadership team to develop insights that help us continue to grow 30%+ each month. Reporting to our COO, you'll ensure Blaze is making smart, informed decisions that help us unblock bottlenecks for our business and customers.

Growth Analytics at Blaze sits between product, marketing, and our customers. You'll play a key role in helping both our technical and marketing teams understand the truth about our customers, product, and business. You'll also have the opportunity to define and execute experiments across the entire customer lifecycle from awareness to retention.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work with our leadership team to define and manage analytics across the company

  • Own all data insights, including dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and test design

  • Own our data pipeline, working on Snowflake with our engineering team

  • Work with our customer and marketing teams to identify opportunity areas by customer segment based on persona, usage, CAC, and LTV

  • Refine our GTM motion, pricing, and lifecycle messaging, as we work to increase paid conversion, six-month retention, and cart size

  • Become the expert on competitive intelligence, helping us stay up to date with what is working for other high growth businesses and adapting those tactics for Blaze

About you

We're looking for a Growth Analytics leader who can catapult our fast-expanding startup to the next level. Please apply if you have:

  • 5+ years of product or growth analytics experience in a high-growth SaaS company

  • Led quantitative insights across multiple teams or an entire company in the past

  • Built and maintained data pipelines in the past

  • Owned tactical strategy around GTM motion, pricing, and funnel in the past

  • Managed A/B tests to optimize sign up and retention
