That's where you come in: we're hiring an ambitious, high-bandwidth Customer Growth Lead to scale our growth loops that involve user-led actions to tremendous scale and turn Blaze into one of the leading AI-based tools of our era.
We're looking for an extremely talented growth leader to own our strategy and execution around customer growth.
Reporting to our CEO, you'll plan, execute and manage all projects where customers help us acquire new users or retain existing ones, including referrals, content, events, conferences, and communities. You'll build hypothesis-driven, customer-focused campaigns to accelerate our growth and scale marketing channels in alignment with our broader goals.
Success in this role will require deep expertise in both growth marketing and customer communications and relations, a drive for continuous improvement, and desire to drive real value to Blaze's customers and users.
You'll be a part of a fast-charging team, working cross-functionally to collaborate on every area of demand generation. There will be daily opportunities to experiment and see immediate impact from your work.
Initially, this role is designed for individual contribution, focusing on leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results. With strong business growth, the role will evolve quickly into a leadership position with direct reports.
We're looking for a growth savant who can turn our raving base of customers into a growth engine for us. Please apply if you have:
3-5+ years of growth marketing experience at a high-growth consumer startup
Successfully built backlog-driven, data-first marketing programs at scale
Have experience with email marketing, push notification, and referral tools
Have 2-3 years of direct customer engagement experience, either as part of a marketing, sales, customer service, success, or ops team
